Terms and Conditions

Nudgly is operated by Nudgly AI LLC. When these terms say we, us, or our, they mean Nudgly. When they say you, they mean the person or company using the product.

You can reach us at team@nudgly.io. We will use that address for notices about your account unless you give us another one in the dashboard.

Nudgly is a personalised AI assistant. Your assistant can help with calendar, email, reminders, bookings, meetings, and daily tasks through the Nudgly app. The web dashboard lets you pick a persona, connect tools, and manage settings.

• Chat with your assistant in the Nudgly app.
• Connect only the tools your account offers. What one account has connected is not a list of what every account is offered.
• Where the product shows an approval control, an action that changes a connected app can be set to ask you first.
• OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: whether Google Meet and Zoom are offered to all users, and whether connecting them lets Nudgly join a call. This page does not state that call joining is available to everyone, and it does not state that it is unavailable to everyone.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for the phone number, email, and login you use, and for every action taken from that account.

Keep your credentials private. Tell us quickly if you think someone else is using your account. We may pause or close an account that looks unsafe, unpaid, or abusive.

New accounts can start on a free trial for 7 days. A card is required to begin. When the trial ends, the plan is charged automatically. You can stay on Personal, move to Pro, or choose Operator. Prices are shown in pounds on the pricing page.

Renewal

Paid plans renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel in the dashboard. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Changes

We may change prices or plan limits. If we do, we will give notice in the product or by email before the change applies to you.

Use Nudgly for your own work and personal life. Do not use it to break the law, harm others, or overload the service.

• Do not try to copy, resell, or scrape the product.
• Do not send malware, spam, or content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not use Nudgly to impersonate someone else.
• Do not feed the assistant secrets you are not allowed to process.

You can connect the tools your account offers. You grant Nudgly the access that connection requests. Google Docs and Google Sheets are not described here as read-only: the product can show edit actions for both, and those actions can be set to ask first. Zoom and Google Meet are not described here as coming soon for every user, and they are not described as available to every user. OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: the production catalog and scopes. Those tools have their own terms. If you disconnect an app, Nudgly is meant to stop calling it. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes at those providers.

You keep the rights in the messages, files, and calendar events you share with Nudgly. You give us a limited licence to process that content only so the assistant can provide the service you ask for, such as a reply, a draft, or a calendar change.

We do not sell your content. The licence above is only to provide the service you ask for. It is not permission to use Google user data to train or improve generalized AI models. The Privacy Policy does not certify that a model provider excludes that data from training. OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: the providers and settings that would support a Limited Use commitment. These terms do not make that commitment.

We aim to keep Nudgly online, but we do not promise unbroken access. We may update features, personas, or limits. If a change removes something you rely on, we will try to warn you first.

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect harm. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You can stop using Nudgly and delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend access if you break these terms, if we have to by law, or if we stop offering the product.

After an account closes, we delete or anonymise personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, unless we must keep a record.

OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: the registered entity and the governing law. The next sentence is the wording already on this page. It has not been verified against the company's registration, and it is not confirmed by the company's operating location. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in London have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer rule says otherwise.
