It reads the thread
Nudgly pulls the relevant thread from your connected mailbox and works out what was actually being asked.

A draft confirming the slot, written in your usual tone rather than a generic template, with the detail the thread needs.

You approve the send
The draft appears in the app. Send it, ask for an edit, or discard it. Nothing leaves your account until you confirm.
Where you stay in control
Nudgly asks before it acts on email, calendar changes, and bookings. Auto-send is available if you turn it on in the dashboard.
The reply goes out, the thread is off your list, and Nudgly watches for the response so it can remind you if it does not come.

What it does not do, and what it needs

Nudgly reaches only the mailboxes you connect, using tokens you can revoke from the dashboard at any time.

Approval is the default for sending. Auto-send exists, but you have to turn it on.

It works with the threads you point it at and what it triages. It is not a full mail client replacement.

Nudgly cannot un-send a message once you have approved it.
