Your AI assistant in the
Nudgly app
Nudgly is a personal AI assistant you chat with in its own app. You message Elena the way you would message a colleague, and she acts on your connected email and calendar instead of only replying with text. It is one conversation built for getting things done, not a chat squeezed into a messenger.
Sarah moved your 10:00 to 2:30. That clashes with the dentist.
Move the dentist to Friday at 9?
Done, the clinic confirmed. Want me to tell Sarah 2:30 works?

ElenaNudgly assistantWho this is for
The work that eats a day is rarely hard. It is a reply you owe someone, a meeting that needs moving, a reminder you meant to set, and a follow-up you forgot. Each one means opening a different app. The Nudgly app puts all of it behind one conversation.
- 01
People who answer messages faster than they answer email
- 02
Founders and freelancers with no assistant and no operations team
- 03
Anyone who would rather send a message than fill in a form
A real request, start to finish
- 01
It reads the context
Nudgly finds the 3pm on your connected calendar, checks Thursday afternoon for a slot that does not collide with anything already booked, and identifies Priya from the invite.
- 02
It prepares the actions
It proposes the new time and drafts a short message to Priya explaining the move, in your own tone rather than a template.
- 03
It waits for you
Both the calendar change and the outgoing message are shown to you in the app first. Nothing is sent or moved until you confirm.
Where you stay in control
Nudgly asks before it acts on email, calendar changes, and bookings. Auto-send is available if you turn it on in the dashboard.
You tap confirm. The meeting moves, Priya gets the message, and the follow-up is logged so Nudgly can remind you if she does not reply.
What it can do
Email without opening your inbox
Ask what needs a reply, have a draft written, and send it once you have read it. Works with Gmail and Outlook.
Calendar changes in one message
Book, move, and cancel events, and ask what the day looks like before you get out of bed.
Reminders and follow-ups that chase
Nudgly tracks the things you are waiting on and raises them again rather than letting them go quiet.
Proactive briefings
A morning summary of meetings, decisions, and anything at risk, delivered as a notification from the Nudgly app.

What it does not do, and what it needs
- 01
Nudgly acts on the accounts you connect. Until you connect a calendar or mailbox, it cannot see or change anything in them.
- 02
Consequential actions wait for your approval by default. If you would rather email went out automatically, you turn that on yourself in the dashboard.
- 03
The meeting bot is not part of the Personal plan.
- 04
WhatsApp and Telegram are optional integrations. You do not need either one to use Nudgly, and your conversation with the assistant lives in the app.
